How do I notify the share registry when I have changed address?
You must inform our share registry of any change in your address in writing. Click to download a Change of Address Notification or for more information about updating your address from our share registry.
Do I have to notify the share registry of my tax file number?
You are not required by law to provide your TFN if you do not wish to do so. However, Treasury Group is required to withhold tax at the rate of 48.5% on any unfranked component of a dividend or interest paid to investors resident in Australia who have not supplied the company with a tax file number (TFN) or exemption form. How can I have my dividends deposited directly into my bank account?
You can instruct the Share Registry, Computershare Investor Services, to pay your dividends directly into a nominated bank account or other financial institution in Australia by completing a Direct Credit Instruction form. What happens to uncashed dividend cheques?
Any cheques which remain uncashed after approximately two years from a dividend payment will be handed over to the Registrar of Unclaimed Monies of the State Revenue Office of Victoria, in accordance with the Unclaimed Monies Act 1962. Shareholders are reminded to cash cheques immediately or have their dividends directly deposited into their bank accounts.
Can I choose NOT to receive the full Annual Report?
Unless you notify us otherwise, you will receive the full Annual Report. Please contact our Share Registry if you want to nominate NOT to receive printed annual reports which will help us to reduce print and mail costs. You will still receive Notices of Meeting and Proxy Forms.
How do I consolidate my holdings?
If you have two or more holdings in Treasury's in the same name you can consolidate them into one holding. Click to download a Request to Consolidate Holdings form. Complete, sign and mail it to Computershare Investor Services at the address above.
